Processing of personal data
You hereby grant your consent to Marketing BI, with registered office at Sokolovská 96, Prague 8-Karlín, 186 00 (hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”) to process the following personal data in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as the “Personal Data Protection Act”):
- name and surname
- telephone numbers
- email addresses
- cookies
- ip addresses
The name, surname, company name, telephone number and e-mail must be processed for the purpose of registering users of the website, statistics, the possibility of providing other services and establishing business communication. These data will be processed by the Administrator for a period of 36 months.
You give your express consent to the above processing. You
can withdraw your consent at any time, for example by sending an email or letter to the company’s contact details email: info@marketing.bi
The processing of personal data is carried out by the Controller, however, the following processors may also process personal data for the Controller:
- Software (web) provider Netter s.r.o., Dvořákova 230, 533 45 Opatovice nad Labem, IC: 0473413131, DIC: CZ04734131
Possibly other providers of processing software, services and applications, but not currently used by the Company.
Please note that under the Data Protection Act you have the right to:
- withdraw consent at any time,
- request information from us about what personal data we process about you,
- request an explanation from us regarding the processing of personal data,
- request access to this data from us and have it updated or corrected,
- request us to delete this personal data,
- in case of doubt about compliance with the obligations related to the processing of personal data, contact us or the Office for Personal Data Protection.
